During the pandemic the use of RV’s has become incredibly popular. But unfortunately we here in Europe do not have empty, romantic campsites along lakes in national parks. Many communities assign parking lots in commercial districts for overnight camping. So also the former island of Urk

…ich hatte mal vor Jahren ein kleines Segelboot in Elburg (ist jetzt mein renovierbedürftiges Zweitboot in Hamburg). Urk war auf einer Fahrt damit immer ein wunderbarer Stop. Ich habe dort einmal eine vollständige Sonnenfinsternis erlebt (sehr beeindruckend, wenn die Vögel keinen Mucks mehr von sich geben) und später meinen 50. Geburtstag gefeiert. Danke für die Auffrischung meiner Erinnerung!
