Aguacero

is the word for downpour in Spanish, when I remember right. These photos were taken during a downpour in the Cuban town of Cardenas. In 1992, a time of utmost scarcity on the island, horse carriages were a major means of transport. Petrol was hard to come by, so the famous old, petrol guzzling American cars were rare.
