In Wisconsin I found signs of German immigrants everywhere. The Hofbräuhaus in Milwaukee is my first example.
Right outside Milwaukee I photographed this water tower.
This store sign made me chuckle. I discovered this sign in the center of Beloit, a small town at the border to Illinois. The owner’s name is ”Rindfleisch” the German word for beef.
