Friedhelms Bild hat mich dazu animiert, auch mal wieder ein Bild mit einer Glaskugel zu machen. Dies hier ist meine 30 mm Kugel. Eine Glaskugel, die nicht allzu groß und schwer ist und die man bequem auch mal mitnehmen kann. Aber Achtung, auch kleine Kugeln sind starke Brenngläser, mit denen man sich schnell die Hand verbrennen kann 😉 Friedhelms picture has animated me to take a picture with a glass sphere again. Zum Glück lässt man mittlerweile der Natur an Äckerrändern und Brachflächen ihren Lauf. Alle möglichen Wildblumen siedeln sich in kürzester Zeit wieder an und geben den Insekten Nahrung und Lebensraum. So wie hier die Mohnblumen, die Kamille, oder die blauen Kornblumen.Fortunately, nature is now being allowed to take its course at the edges of fields and fallow land. Anke hatte ja bereits gestern das Taufbecken der Andreaskirche in Braunschweig gezeigt. Ich habe seine Wasseroberfläche als Spiegel genutzt, um das Kirchenschiff mit Blick auf die Orgel zu zeigen. Und natürlich habe ich Anke nicht alleine den höchsten Kirchturm Braunschweigs (93m) besteigen lassen. Das untere Bild zeigt einen Blick aus einem der Turmfenster. Die Kirche, die man dort sieht ist die Katharinenkirche.Anke had already shown the baptismal font of St. Andrew’s Church in Braunschweig yesterday. I used its water surface as a mirror to show the nave with a view of the organ. And of course I didn’t let Anke climb the highest church tower of Braunschweig (93m) alone. In Braunschweig gibt es den Schul- und Bürgerpark Dowepark. Anke und ich waren vor ein paar Tagen dort und haben uns die Anlage angeschaut und natürlich auch fotografiert. Es gibt dort eine Hütte mit Sitzbänken und diesen bunt bemalten Scheiben. Ich vermute, dass diese kleinen Kunstwerke von Schülerinnen und Schülern der örtlichen Schulen angefertigt wurden. In Braunschweig there is the school and citizen park Dowepark. Anke and I were there a few days ago and have looked at the plant and of course also photographed. There is a hut with benches and these colorful painted discs. I guess that these little works of art were made by school kids from the local schools.
Anke und ich waren wieder auf Entdeckertour in unserem Nachbarbundesland Sachsen-Anhalt. Eigentlich haben wir uns das benachbarte Schloss Altenhausen angeschaut und eher zufällig die kleine Dorfkirche entdeckt. Es ist die Trinitatis Kirche aus dem Jahr 1594. Wir hatten das Glück, dass uns jemand die Tür aufschloss und wir im Inneren der Kirche fotografieren konnten. Hier zeigte sich das Besondere dieser Kirche: ein sehr seltenes hölzernes Tonnengewölbe der Decke. Anke and I were again on a discovery tour in our neighboring state of Saxony-Anhalt. Actually, we looked at the neighboring castle Altenhausen and discovered rather by chance the small village church. It is the Trinitatis Church from 1594. We were lucky that someone unlocked the door for us and we could take pictures inside the church. Here the special feature of this church was revealed: a very rare wooden barrel vault of the ceiling.
Also ich finde ja, dass das schönste Grün im Frühjahr zu sehen ist. Es hat da noch diese besondere Frische. Überhaupt, wenn man Bäume von unten gegen den blauen Himmel fotografiert. Das verblichene Verkehrsschild am Rande eines Feldweges und die kräftigen Farben von Himmel und Rapsfeld. Dieser Gegensatz ist mir sofort ins Auge gesprungen und musste festgehalten werden. Eine Nachbarin hat den kleinen Vorgarten vor unserem Haus unter anderem mit Tulpenzwiebeln bestückt um ihn ein wenig aufzupeppen. Und wie man sieht, haben sich die Tulpen durchaus prächtig entwickelt. Ich bin mal gespannt, was sich aus den anderen von ihr gesäten Blumensamen noch entwickelt. Mit etwas Glück haben wir dann bis in den Herbst einen bunt blühenden Garten und ich sicher auch das ein oder andere Fotomotiv. Ich war vor einigen Tage in unserem Nachbarbundesland Sachsen-Anhalt unterwegs und bin in Weferlingen gelandet. Der Ort ist zwar nicht groß, bietet aber doch einige interessante Motive. Oben ist die Sankt Lamberti Kirche und das Flüsschen Aller zu sehen, unten die Schlossruine von Weferlingen. Für die Bildgestaltung bot sich hier für mich der typische Postkartenlook geradezu an. So richtig schön kitschig. I was a few days ago in our neighboring state of Saxony-Anhalt on the road and ended up in Weferlingen. The place is not large, but offers some interesting motifs. Above is the St. Lamberti Church and the Aller River to see, below the castle ruins of Weferlingen. For the image composition was here for me the typical postcard look virtually. So really nice and kitschy.
Ich war vor kurzem mal wieder in der Autostadt Wolfsburg. Corona bedingt ist vieles leider immer noch geschlossen, aber in den Parkanlagen kann man spazierengehen. Auf dem Weg nach Hause habe ich dann dieses Bild in der Eingangshalle der Autostadt gemacht. I was recently again in the Autostadt Wolfsburg. Corona conditioned much is unfortunately still closed, but in the parks you can walk. On the way home I made this picture in the entrance hall of the Autostadt.
