Bottles 08

I started out photographing the entire pile of bottles and worked my way getting closer and closer towards the bottles until I only photographed just parts of them. For me this approach from large to small usually works just fine. I always get some interesting images out of it. The main point is, start and work your subject. It is well worth it.

Keep on photographing!

Looking at the pile of bottles from all sides, heights and angles is important. You will be surprised how many images you will find just by changing your position. This is one of the reasons why many great photographers avoid zoom lenses. A good prime lens forces you to change your standpoint and that can make the difference between and okay image and a great image.

Keep on working and walking with your camera!
