As I mentioned earlier, a great resource for Fall photography is your local Pumpkin Patch. I used a wide open lens to create a very shallow depth of field.

During my last trip to San Francisco I saw this heart shaped leaf on a tree just waiting to be photographed. Keep your camera ready at all times! There are photo ops everywhere.

This fallen leaf says it all! I used my 200mm prime lens wide open to get a very shallow depth of field. Therefor the eyes go automatically to the sharpest subject.

Create an image that says “Fall!” There are many ways to express the theme for this week. I went to a local pumpkin patch and photographed there. You may also go to a local park or do something totally different. As always, enjoy this exercise!
