In Merced the blue garbage can is the can for everything that is recyclable. Therefor you find a lot of paper products in them.

Photography is always full of surprises. I learned very quickly that it pays off photographing subjects that nobody does. An many times I was indeed surprised when I put all the images into a collage. I challege you for the next two weeks to go out and photograph overflowing garbage cans. As always, have some fun!
