Springtime Succulent
I love the way the sun is shining directly on the center of the succulent, revealing the intricate details of this hearty, desert plant. Enjoy!
Spring
Living in the Past
Normally this time of year I would be out and about looking for wildflowers and other springtime opportunities. One would be the Dogwoods of Yosemite. Since I can’t do that this year I’m posting one from last year, spider web and all.
Traveling through the Universe
I dropped an effervescent tablet in a glass of water which I positioned in a dark room. On each side I mounted a high sync flash. I had mounted the camera on a tripod and manually prefocussed. I used an exposure time of 1/8000 of a second to freeze the fast moving bubbles.
Enjoy and be creative at home during the pandemic season!

Beneath the Waters
I took this image when I was in San Diego about a month ago and I loved the boats reflection on the water, as it looked like another world beneath. I turned the image upside down for a cool effect. Enjoy!
Bottlebrush
Not really sure of the name of this bush but it reminds me of a bottle brush. With the edict to stay at home ( I try, mostly) photo opportunities are limited. This bush puts up quite a display in the corner of my yard. The little yellow spots are pollen.
