Goslar

Diese Kopie des Braunschweiger Löwen steht vor der Kaiserpfalz Goslar. Im Hintergrund sieht man die Türme der romanischen Marktkirche.
This copy of the Braunschweig lion stands in front of the imperial palace of Goslar. In the background you can see the towers of the Romanesque market church.

Another piano shot! The piano is a beautiful object to photograph and the contrasting colors makes for a beautiful black and white image! Enjoy!

Hansen’s Delphinium

Although long-stemmed, the flowers on the Hansen’s Delphinium are very small a somewhat obscure so this little plant is often overlooked which is a shame because it has a beautiful flower.
Just another example of the wildflowers of the Sierra Nevada foothills.

Dogwood in Black and White

The Dogwoods and waterfalls were very spectacular this year in Yosemite Valley. I chose to convert this one to black and white. Have a good Memorial Holiday weekend and stay safe.

Die Hartriegel und Wasserfälle waren in diesem Jahr im Yosemite Valley sehr spektakulär. Ich entschied mich, dieses in Schwarz-Weiß umzuwandeln. Ich wünsche Ihnen ein gutes Wochenende für die Gedenkfeiertage und einen sicheren Aufenthalt.

Autobahn

I walked across an Autobahn bridge in Germany. I photographed using a low shutter speed meaning the faster the car was going the more blurred the car in the image is.

Im Garten hinter der Kaiserpfalz in Goslar fand ich diese schöne Farbkombination.
In the garden behind the imperial palace in Goslar I found this beautiful colour combination.

Altes Eisen

Der äußere Schein trügt, diese alte Grubenlok zieht tägliche die Grubenbahn mit ihren Besuchern durch das Museums- und Besucherbergwerk Rammelsberg (UNESCO Weltkulturerbe) in Goslar. Friedhelm, Anke und ich waren am vergangenen Samstag in Goslar. Da schaut man natürlich auch am Rammelsberg vorbei. Hier gibt es Fotomotive ohne Ende.
The appearance is deceptive, this old mine locomotive pulls daily the mine railway with its visitors by the museum and visitor mine Rammelsberg (UNESCO world cultural heritage) in Goslar. Friedhelm, Anke and I were in Goslar last Saturday. Of course one also looks past the Rammelsberg. Here there are photo motives without end.
