This is a back-lit image photographed on the bike path in Merced, CA. There are incredibly beautiful displays of Fall colors in the eastern Sierra Nevada but mother nature is also producing unbelievable pretty colors right at home here in Merced, CA.

This year i drove to an area called Sagehen Meadows located southeast of Mono Lake. I used a 200mm focal length to photograph these trees.
