In der Kathedrale von Canterbury gibt die Gotik den Rahmen vor. Es beeindruckt mich immer wieder, wie die Baumeister im Mittelalter ihr Handwerk beherrschten.
Winter Impressions
Black Crowned Night Heron
This guy was hidden in some reeds on a local pond. A small member of the Heron family, they are about 24″ tall and sit like a statue not moving for long periods of time so they blend into their surroundings. The have long crown feathers that are about half the length of their body but unfortunately are not visible in this photo. Enjoy.
