During Cologne Carnival all cars in the parades are secured by socalled “Wagen-Engel” or “Car Angels”, who are securing the cars and thus prevent that spectators would be hurt by coming too close to the vehicle. And in my eyes this young lady personifies the term of a car angel perfectly.
