I photographed this image inside the Basilica of San Vitale in Ravenna, Italy. Since we were not allowed to use a flash or a tripod I used my nifty 50mm lens at f1.8 to photograph these magnificent mosaics. I blew part of this image up to 100% so you can see the mosaics more in detail.
