Among markets, my favorites are those selling fish. The variety of the creatures they offer, the smell, the different people working there and buying, are fascinating photo objects. The world’s biggest is the fish market in a suburb of Tokyo. This is a market in a modern, developed country, and yet it is full of sensations.
I love the mirrored image in this photo, and it provides a unique image when looking at it sideways. Enjoy!

During the last few weeks I had the opportunity to photograph Fall foliage in the high Sierra Nevada and the Eastern side of the State of California. Today I photographed Fall colors in Monterey, almost at the beach of the Pacific Ocean. The trees and colors are totally different. Enjoy this image!

Of all the islands in the lagoon of Venice Burano is a special place. The architecture is not spectacular, but all the houses are painted in bright color. With calm weather this leads to spectacular reflections.
