This is not a picture of snow. This is frozen fog. As I came over the hill into the valley you could see the fog layer below you. I didn’t anticipate how cold it really was. Between 23-27° Fahrenheit. That resulted in everything being covered with this wonderful display of frozen fog.

I went to Crescent City, CA a while back and was lucky enough to be there as the sun went down, there was a low tide and a calm harbor. Scared the heck out of a lady when I climbed out from below the pier.
